Do you keep stock of the bake goods?

No, we baked by demands with finest ingredients and send them out the next day via courier / same day delivery. Muffins / Brownie / Peach Gum / Gift Set must be send via same day delivery.

What is your lead time?

We bake twice a week on midweek and weekend. While we try to strike a balance lead time within 3 -5 days. You may also contact us if you need the bake urgently, we will try our best to allocate the next available slot for you.

How long does it takes if order are send via courier?

It usually takes 1-2 working days from the day we sent out.

How long can I keep my bakes?

Cookies - 2 weeks outside of fridge / 2 months in fridge.

Keto Cookies - 10 days from bake date.

Muffins - 2 weeks in fridge / 2 months in freezer.

Overnight Oat - up to 6 months, store in cool dry place. For oats that has been prepared, up to 3 days in the fridge.

O-Nie Brownie - 3 days outside of fridge / 7 days in fridge.

Doink Doink Peach Gum - 5 days in fridge.

We labelled most of our products with consumption & storage guide with a bake / pack date.

Can a Pregnant Mummy consume our Lactation goodies?

We Do Not Recommend our lactation goodies to Pregnant Mummy, as the bakes contain galactagogue that may give your body a false alarm in making milk which may trigger early labour. You may wish to speak to your gynae if you have any concern before consuming. We do have Keto Preggy Cookies that is Preggy friendly, do check them out.

Can a Non-Lactating person consume our goodies? (E.g: My Husband / my son / my daughter / my parents)

If you are non-lactating person, they worked like a healthy snacks to munch on, and kids love our Chocolate Chips Cookies!

How do I make an exchange / refund?

For food safety purposes, all food items are not exchangeable nor refundable.
